KIVRA applies least-privilege access. Every privileged action is logged with actor, timestamp, previous value, new value and reason.
Ledger adjustment approvals
Maker–checker threshold for financial corrections. Adjustments at or above the threshold need a second approver in a different role.
Second-approval threshold (₦)
Currently ₦10,000 — makers can never approve their own adjustment at any threshold.

Customers, credit, risk, fraud and portfolio. Can change credit limits.
Operations
Customers, cards, transactions, payments and collections.
Customer Support
Customer profiles, cards, transactions and support. Cannot change credit limits.
Finance
Payments, reconciliation, settlement and reports.
Compliance
KYC, consent, audit logs and compliance reports.
